We want you to love your party. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

Unopened, unused party kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, email us at hello@tadaparty.com with your order number.

Personalized items

Because custom banners are printed with your child's name, personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If any part of your kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
